2. Intended Use of Products (Strict Limitation of Liability)

All products sold by Peptiplugg are strictly intended for laboratory research and analytical purposes only.

Products are explicitly:

Not approved by the FDA or any regulatory authority
Not intended for human consumption or animal use
Not intended for therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical applications
Not intended for compounding, resale, or redistribution as consumer goods

These restrictions apply regardless of purchaser intent, representation, or subsequent handling.

3. Research Use Only (RUO) Compliance

All products are labeled and marketed strictly as Research Use Only (RUO) in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance, including relevant interpretations of 21 CFR 809.10(c)(2)(i) where applicable.

RUO labeling includes, without limitation:

“For Research Use Only”
“Not for Human or Animal Use”
“Not for Diagnostic or Therapeutic Use”

No instructions, protocols, dosing information, or administration guidance is provided under any circumstance.

4. Product Testing & Documentation

All products are tested for identity and purity using industry-standard analytical methods, including:

High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
Mass Spectrometry (MS)

Where applicable, a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is made available digitally or included with shipment.

COAs are provided strictly for informational and research verification purposes and do not constitute safety, efficacy, or medical validation.

5. Packaging, Labeling & Fulfillment Standards

All shipments from Peptiplugg are prepared in accordance with internal compliance protocols, including:

Tamper-evident packaging where applicable
RUO-only labeling on relevant materials
Absence of medical, clinical, or therapeutic claims
Discreet external packaging for logistics compliance and privacy
Inclusion or digital access to applicable COAs

Any ancillary materials (if applicable) are labeled strictly for laboratory research use only and explicitly not for human or animal administration.

6. Communication & Support Restrictions

Peptiplugg does not provide and will not respond to any inquiries relating to:

Dosing or dosage calculations
Reconstitution or preparation for injection
Human or animal administration
Clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic usage
Storage for consumption purposes

Any such inquiries are considered material violations of policy and may result in refusal of service, account restriction, or order cancellation.

7. Enforcement, Monitoring & Misuse Prevention

Peptiplugg actively enforces strict compliance controls, including but not limited to:

Refusal or cancellation of suspicious or non-compliant orders
Account suspension or permanent banning for policy violations
Monitoring for misuse indicators or fraudulent activity
Cooperation with regulatory bodies, payment processors, and law enforcement where required
Investigation of suspected diversion into prohibited use categories

All customers agree, as a condition of purchase, to indemnify and hold harmless Peptiplugg against any claims arising from misuse, unauthorized use, or third-party handling.
