At Peptiplugg, we understand that clear, accurate information is key to a smooth and compliant customer experience. Below are answers to the most common questions we receive—always framed within the boundaries of research use only.
🧪 Product & Research Use Questions
Are your products for human or animal use?
No. All of our products are sold strictly for laboratory research and analytical use only. They are not approved for human or veterinary consumption, injection, or topical use.
Are these products FDA approved?
No. Our products are classified as Research Use Only (RUO) materials and are not approved by the FDA for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use.
Do you provide reconstitution or dosing instructions?
Absolutely not. We do not provide any instructions or guidance related to dosage, reconstitution, injection, or use. Doing so would violate our Terms of Service and compliance standards.
What does “Research Use Only” mean?
“Research Use Only” (RUO) refers to products intended solely for use in laboratory settings, such as in vitro testing or analytical research. These products are not intended for use in or on humans or animals.
How are your products tested?
All compounds are tested via High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS). Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided for transparency and verification.
📦 Shipping & Order Questions
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after business hours or during weekends are processed the next business day.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Please note: FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will be sent via USPS.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. We offer Overnight Shipping for an additional charge. These can be selected at checkout. Please note that overnight shipping is not guaranteed on Saturdays and Sundays.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track shipments directly via the carrier’s website.
💳 Payment Questions
How do I pay for my order?
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept payments via wire transfer or cryptocurrency. Payment instructions will be provided at checkout or after order confirmation. Orders are only fulfilled once payment has been successfully received.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you allow reviews or social media discussions about dosage or usage?
No. Per our Community Guidelines, any content suggesting human use, dosing, or injection will be removed or reported. We are not responsible for third-party content and do not endorse it.
Can I use your products in clinical trials?
No. Our products are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use. They are for research use only and not to be administered to living beings.
