By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms in their entirety.

1. Binding Agreement & Eligibility

This website is owned and operated by Peptiplugg. By accessing this site or purchasing products, you affirm and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
You are acting in a professional, scientific, or institutional capacity
You are not purchasing for personal, recreational, or consumer use

Your continued use of this site constitutes a legally binding agreement to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Absolute Disclaimer of Use & Intended Purpose

All products are sold strictly as Research Use Only (RUO) materials.

These products are explicitly not:

Medical devices
Therapeutic agents of any kind

They have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any regulatory authority for safety, efficacy, or medical use.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED USES INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION:

Human or animal consumption in any form
Injection, ingestion, inhalation, or topical application
Clinical, veterinary, diagnostic, or therapeutic use
Use in medical research involving human or animal subjects
Use in food, drugs, or cosmetics as defined under Section 201 of the FD&C Act
Redistribution, resale, repackaging, or relabeling as consumer goods

Any misuse is unauthorized, unforeseeable, and strictly prohibited.

3. Assumption of Risk (Full & Irrevocable)

By purchasing, you expressly assume all risk, liability, and responsibility, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising from:

Handling, storage, transportation, or disposal
Improper or unauthorized use
Third-party misuse or access
Accidental exposure or contamination

You acknowledge that Peptiplugg bears no responsibility whatsoever for any outcomes related to product use or misuse.

4. Qualified Purchaser Representation & Warranty

You irrevocably represent and warrant that:

You are a qualified researcher, scientist, laboratory professional, or institutional purchaser
You possess adequate training, expertise, and facilities to safely handle research materials
You will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws
You will not divert products into any consumer, clinical, or human-use market

Any breach of these representations constitutes material breach of contract.

5. No Instructions, No Medical Guidance, No Exceptions

Peptiplugg provides absolutely no:

Dosing information
Reconstitution instructions
Administration guidance
Medical, veterinary, or clinical advice of any kind

Any such inquiries will be ignored and may result in order refusal or account termination.

We explicitly disclaim responsibility for any third-party content referencing our products. We do not endorse or verify external information, including social media, forums, or review platforms.

6. Compliance With Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act)
Controlled Substances Act (if applicable)
Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)
All relevant import/export and chemical handling regulations

You agree not to use products in violation of any law or regulatory framework.

7. Enforcement Rights & Order Controls

Peptiplugg reserves the absolute and unrestricted right to:

Refuse service to any individual or entity for any reason or no reason
Cancel, delay, or revoke any order at its sole discretion
Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice
Investigate suspected misuse or fraudulent activity
Report suspicious or unlawful activity to law enforcement or regulatory authorities

These rights may be exercised without liability or obligation to provide justification.

8. Limitation of Liability (Maximum Extent Permitted by Law)

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Peptiplugg, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any:

Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages
Loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or reputation
Personal injury, illness, or death
Legal or regulatory consequences arising from misuse

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification (Broad & Enforceable)

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptiplugg and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, fines, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

Your purchase or use of any product
Any violation of these Terms
Any violation of applicable law or regulation
Any third-party claim related to misuse or handling

This indemnification obligation survives termination of this agreement.

10. Payment Terms

All payments must be made via:

Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer)
Cryptocurrency (including BTC, ETH, USDT, or other accepted digital assets)

Orders are not processed, released, or fulfilled until full payment has been confirmed and cleared.

11. Communications Consent

14. Severability & Interpretation

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any ambiguity shall not be construed against Peptiplugg as the drafter.
